These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reclaimphysicaltherapy.com (the "Site") and any text messaging communications you receive from Reclaim Physical Therapy, PLLC ("Reclaim," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or by opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to messaging.

Not medical advice

The content on this Site is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not create a physical therapist-patient relationship. Reading this Site is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed clinician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here.

Texas law permits a qualifying physical therapist to evaluate and treat a patient for a limited period without a physician's referral. Whether that applies to your situation is determined at your evaluation, not through this Site.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you opt in, Reclaim Physical Therapy may send you text messages about appointments, scheduling, and your care.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (512) 772-3196 or bas@reclaimphysicaltherapy.com.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any service from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through our messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send protected health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal information by text message. Text messaging is not a secure channel.

Appointments and payment

Reclaim Physical Therapy is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Fees, appointment lengths, and cancellation expectations are communicated to you before care begins. You are responsible for verifying any out-of-network benefits or reimbursement with your own insurer.

Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape or collect information from it.

All content on this Site - text, images, logos, and design - is owned by Reclaim Physical Therapy, PLLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
