  • You can get started with an evaluation right away. In Texas, a physician's referral is needed to continue physical therapy beyond an initial period. But here's what many people don't realize: even when your doctor refers you, the choice of where you go is yours. A referral doesn't lock you into one clinic. You are always free to choose your own physical therapist, and you're welcome to choose Reclaim.

  • Your first step is a free, 30-minute in-person consultation, with no cost and no obligation, so we can understand what's going on and whether we're the right fit for you. If you move forward, your initial evaluation is a thorough, hands-on assessment where we pinpoint the root of the problem and build a personalized treatment plan. From the very first visit, you work one-on-one directly with your therapist, never handed off to a tech or an assistant.

  • Fewer than you might expect. Because every session is one-on-one with a fellowship-trained orthopedic manual therapist, each visit does more, so most patients come about once a week rather than several times. You're getting higher-value care in fewer total visits, focused on getting you back to the activities you love as efficiently as possible.

  • Yes. We meet you where you are, literally. You can be treated in your home, your workplace, your gym, or at our clinic, whichever is most comfortable and convenient for you. We build the care around your life, not the other way around.

  • Orthopedic manual therapy is hands-on treatment of your joints, muscles, and soft tissue, combined with targeted exercise, to relieve pain and restore movement. It is not massage. It's a specialized, evidence-based approach to diagnosing and solving the root cause of an orthopedic problem, delivered by a therapist with advanced clinical training.

  • Anyone can take a weekend course and earn a certification. A fellowship is different: hundreds of supervised clinical hours practicing under another fellow. There are only a few hundred fellowship-trained manual therapists. It's the same distinction you'd look for in a fellowship-trained physician: you're seeing someone at the top of their field.
